Design, Setup, Commissioning
SAFE227, SAFE5112, CO2, Inert Gas Systems designs,
● European Union and American design standards,
● Technical specifications and requested special technical details,
● Current architectural and static projects,
● The height and section details of the location,
performed accordingly.
The tubes that make up the extinguishing system are placed in suitable places on the current architectural project according to the area to be protected. Piping installation is drawn according to the placement of the equipment in the space, the suspended ceiling, main volume, high floor heights and column beam details of the space. Piping installation, pipe length and diameters and properties are controlled by hydraulic calculation software and the installations are projected. Project and hydraulic calculations are shared with the employer responsible and field workers, and if necessary, the shop drawing projects, which are revised if necessary, are prepared by preventing any conflicts that may occur with the manufacturing projects of other disciplines.
Conventional detection system panel, detectors, visual and audible warning equipment, stop and start buttons are also placed on the current architectural project of the area to be protected.
Following the approval of the employer responsible and field workers, work orders, filling forms and product recipes and manufacturing projects are created in accordance with the Quality Management Systems of our organization. Extinguishing systems, piping and installation equipment are prepared by our team.
For on-site installation and commissioning,
● Raised floor manufacturing has been completed,
● Suspended ceiling manufacturing has been completed,
● The settlements of the tubes in the approved project have been prepared,
● Uninterrupted 220 V energy supply cables were drawn from the UPS by the authorized automation team in the field to the settlements of the panels in the approved projects.
Must be.
If the conditions in the field are suitable for installation, the systems and installations are shipped to the site for installation together with our team. Installation, testing and commissioning processes are carried out on site and the delivery is completed.
In the years following the installation of the systems, periodical maintenance and service services are carried out by our team with software and checklists developed for our organization.
In the SAFEGUARD Hood Extinguishing Systems and FIRELORDS Extinguishing Systems group, the system capacities to be installed are determined in line with the current architectural project and the explorations and measurements of the risk area. In the selection of Extinguishing Systems and optional equipment, attention is paid to the technical specifications and requested special technical details, if any.
After determining the required system capacities, work orders, filling forms and product recipes are created and products are prepared in accordance with the Quality Management Systems of our organization. In order to carry out the installation and commissioning of SAFEGUARD Hood Extinguishing Systems,
● The hood is installed,
● Chimney connections have been completed,
● filters installed,
● Placement of cooking equipment (in accordance with mutually confirmed discoveries and projects),
Must be.
In case the systems contain optional products that will cut off the electricity and gas feeding the cooking equipment in the event of a fire, the automation team must provide a contact connection from the electricity and gas installations during the installation phase.
Electrical panels and CNC benches must be located in order for FIRELORDS In-Card Extinguishing and CNC In-Bench Extinguishing Systems to be installed and commissioned in the field. Installations are made on equipment that is in standstill.
